The hotel is located in a convenient area with plenty of shops and adjacent to the exhibition hall. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a variety of amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the check-in process quick and easy. The breakfast buffet offers a large variety of options, including Chinese food and coffee.
The noise insulation in the rooms could be improved as you can hear outside noise, especially from the higher floors. there was a slight smell of smoke in the room upon arrival, although it eventually dissipated.

The windows in the rooms do not provide complete soundproofing, allowing outside noise to filter in.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. the exclusive amenities in the room were fabulous and fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing. the breakfast was delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from.
The location was not very convenient for us as it was far from the city center. the hotel provided a free shuttle service which made it easier for us to get around.

The hotel was not a good choice for a Christmas stay. the lobby was drab, and there was no holiday decoration to create a festive atmosphere.
